My client's site io-e.it is suspended since this morning without reason, it was regularly paid on 10 november. Opened two tickets, forwarded the notification of payment but the site is still suspended. This is a heavy problem!

JPC doesn't suspend sites for "no reason." There must have been something happening on/to the site to warrant a suspension. If there was an emergency situation that could have compromised the server in any way then they won't hesitate to take the site down immeadiatly.
A few resons for suspending a site:
* The site exceeded monthly/daily bandwidth limits
* A script on your site was consuming too many resources
* Someone hacked the site and used it to send spam
* Someone hacked the site and tried to install a rootkit
* Someone hacked the site and.............
* Non-payment (if you used PayPal the transaction may not have been linked. You mentioned contacting support on this, but payments and handled by sales which is not open 24/7.)
I don't work for JPC, so I have no way of knowing what happened. These are just a sampling of things that could have caused a suspension. If it was due to "non payment," the sales office should just be opening right now and I'm sure they will get things corrected very soon.

Account has been paid on 10 november. After our protests the site is back online, without excuses. I think this is not correct. Simply.
Payment is only one of many many many reason for a suspension...
You can not just do anything you want on the Server, there are rules that have to be followed, see the AUP for more..
I would contact support and find out WHY it was suspended so you can make sure it does not happen again,.
If you can PM me your account information, I can look into why it was suspended for you. If you already have a ticket open with sales/billing, an answer should also be provided to you as to why this happened.
It was suspended because (they said) my client haven't paid invoice. Instead it has been paid on 10 november. This is the truth. After our protests the site is online again. I think that Jaguar should give us apologies for the heavly error.
We do apologize for this, the problem was there are two client billing accounts for this one domain. I am not sure why there are two accounts in billing, but one will be removed, so that this does not happen again.

this brings up One more of my Pet Peeves with ALL hosting companies...
There needs to be a more professional "Suspended" pages, that does not use the words SUSPENDED....
if you have a Ecom Site, and your host throws of "SUSPENDED" message up the first thing the customer thinks is "FRAUD" or some kind of illegal activity. this can really hurt the business even if it is only for a few hours.
Not necessarily...
My account at JagPC was suspended recently. The only comment I received, during the whole affair, was from a friend in the U.K. He wanted to know why I suspended his account?
I said, "Huh? What are you talking about?"
"I went to your site, and it said my account was suspended."
"Um... What???"![]()
After checking it out, and lifting my jaw off the floor, I told him, "They suspended me, you big dope -- my web host provider suspended MY account, I didn't suspend yours!"
Relieved, he said, "Oh, okay, I thought I had done something wrong?"
Anyway, it's hard to say how users will respond to such things...![]()
Vin I was not aware you had a e-com site. Sorry but I don't think your personal site with adsense qualifies as a e-com site.
I think Ancient was referring to an actual e-com site.

Adsense is not Ecommerce, the IRS does not care, anything you make money on, whether it is Selling Drugs, Ads, or a Rose from your Front Yard the IRS wants to know about it...
Ecommerce is when a Person DIRECTLY sells a product or service. Ad Revenue is not ecommerce in the sense we are talking about here
I see!
So, I'm supposed to be reporting my earnings on eBay, because I'm selling directly to customers, but not my web site, because I'm just serving ads for Google
Maybe Google and eBay has this all wrong...
