    Angry samurai.nocdirect.com issues

    Server is down and for some reason, their ticket system won't let me log in to open a ticket to report this. Nice going jaguar, barely one week of service and the server is down.

    There were a lot of issues with this server. I submit a ticket. I don't know... do you think it will be usefull to ask JPC to move my acount to another server ? I don't think that all their servers are so buggy.

    Have you opened a ticket now to let them know it is down?

    I would switch servers if you want too. I may do the same. I got my server Thursday morning and I am disapointed in Jaguar now.

    Yes, I informed JPC.

    So do I, I`m so disapointed. On the first day of Jaguar PC client, the node went down. Now, after a week, again. Come on...

    The status form my ticket was changed to "Assigned" at 2006-11-20 / 01:09:36. So, probabbly somebody is there...

    I think that only reliable servers are on the status page Probabbly the others, are not good to marketing...

    Most likely, but it isn't displayed on the network status page in the client area either. Oh well, I'm sure the jagpc team will be awake (maybe it's night time over there) and sort things out soon.

    The server is currently down. We have contacted the Data Center to
    reboot it. Hopefully the server will be up soon. We will update you as
    soon
    as the server will be up again.

    Let us Know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks for that. There has to be someone on duty there who can reboot it.
