Neptune Down 2 Hours So Far

I got a quick reply when I opened the ticket 2 hours ago saying it's some FTP issue and it had been resolved.

Well it wasn't, the server is still down over 2 1/2 hours later.

What gives?

Neptune is not on the Status List, nor is they are announced outage,

The Web Server Responds to Pings so it is up and active

I suggest you start another ticket

They got it back up after 3 hours now it's down again this morning as I wake...

I sure hope they honor the 99.99% uptime agreement for this month and give credit or a refund..

Neptune has not gone down once in the last 74 days.

[root@neptune ~]# uptime
10:42:16 up 74 days, 20:18

You are probably having some other problem inside your vps.
