Paid for hosting, but not received any login details or any information!

I paid last night for the Longhorn package, using the email
    qwerty__ben@hotmail.com

I paid using my paypal account, which is also registered to that email. Upon payment, I received an email saying thank you, and earlier today I received one asking me to login to the client area.
Problem is, I haven't been sent ANY information regarding my hosting. I have had NO information whatsoever. Where is my client login details?

I don't mean to sound rude, but the fact you're failing to communicate with me, and sending me auto replies to my email is no help.

Please email me my account details, client login area details. Thanks.

If paying by paypal will cause problems for future users of your services, why not remove that payment type, or use a better script to manage paypal orders?

Read my Disclaimer, I am not a Employee of JPC, I am a CUSTOMER. These boards are NOT for offical support...

However I do have a good Deal of Experiance with Programming for Paypal, There are some problems with PAYPAL's system, not JPC's. Alot of them are USER related, i.e user not finishing the Payment process, not clicking the FINAL link at the end of the payment process, Paypal outputs a "thank you" message and alot of people close the window or move to a new site, with out click the CONTINUE button that is displayed that return them back to the orginal merchants site.

Paypals, IPN was a step forward in solving this problem, however for some reason, things dont go as planned.

in this case you ellude to to using a differant email address for payment than the primary on the account, IPN I think send the Primary address which jag MAY use to match the payment.

There are many Things that could happen, this is a problem ANY time you allow a visitor offsite for transaction processing.

I am sorry if it sounded like I was nagging at you then. It was actually a message to JaguarPC staff, call it a hint if you will.
But now that you have cleared this problem up and explained it's not them, I am sorry.

Sales support are emailing me backwards and forwards about this issue.

Thank you the_ancient for your quick and informative replies to my thread. I do appreciate a legitimate reply, and not something immature.

    You were a great help.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I would add to this one reason JPC use Paypal is to enable people from different countries to pay for hosting easily.

Oops! There's the &$!% clock thing cropping up again!

The above posts should be inverted, e.g. #11 was actually posted before #10...

    Carry on...
