Just signed up to: PartnerPlus
Now - I have in current host, WHM access and cpanel access - no SSH access. over 20 sites. They are basic sites, no MYSQL database. just simple PHP sites. With each over 1900 pages. How can I transfer the accounts to You? I know all about the namserver changes and so on.. But Easyest way to transfer the accounts/files from last provider?

I think that sales/support will help you. Open a ticket in the client section and it should be pretty easy for them to do it.
