    Assuming that you are on a shared/sdx account, the short answer is no. JPC/cPanel uses a shell called JailShell that blocks users from accessing anything but their home directories and other places they'd typically need access (such as /bin, /usr, etc. [or /etc, I suppose ]). While you'd think that the Apache logs woud be included in this list, sadly they aren't.

    I miss the days before jailshell when I could "tail" through my Apache logs to find last minute info.
