This payment WAS received but we were unable to match it to an invoice

    Hello,
This is my first post, and my second time at JaguarPC. I just registered for The Longhorn hosting package. I paid via paypal, and then got this message:
"This payment WAS received but we were unable to match it to an invoice".
I also noticed that the Sales department are on holiday. So who do I contact about this?
I cant login to the ticket system as I do not have any login details.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards

Email sales at sales@jaguarpc.com with the paypal info and the domain you want a hosting account for.

This is a common paypal problem, but it might be tue before your account is actvated

If you send an e-mail to sales from the same e-mail address you entered in your registration details, then it should automatically end up in the ticket system under your account. In it, you will obviously give the Paypal ID of the payment you sent and the ID/info on the invoice/account you want it tied to.

Beyond that, there's nothing you can do but wait, at worst till somewhere end of morning / early afternoon (Texas time) on January 2, but it's certainly not unthinkable that the skeleton crew that's left will get around to it long before that (i.e. today or tomorrow).

Edit.. gosh; seems it took me a whole six minutes to write that

    One thing I might mention...

If you're paying monthly -- especially with PayPal -- you should probably stay a month ahead. That way, you won't have any disruption in service if something like this happens again.

BTW, getting an account setup here is the hardest thing you will ever have to do at JagPC. The rest is a breeze, so hang in there...

That may be so, but I do not expect to wait 6 hours for some help. I have submitted this issue to the support department & and the sales department. The sales department got back to be within 3 hours. I am still waiting for the support department to get back to me at all.

Yep! I've heard it all before...

Sometimes getting an account here goes smoothly, but usually it's a bish! It's like what the Bible says about the door being small...

I wasn't exaggerating when I said it's the hardest thing you'll ever do here. PayPal usually complicates matters...

Like I said, hang in there! The setup process is atypical of the service you will get here later, and it's worth the hassle and wait, believe me!

I bet that is the other way around. the Support dept cant help you, they have no access to your sales records. Only the Sales dept can help you......

Plus this is a Holiday weekend, there is no host I know of that provides SALES support on holidays or weekends.....
