I would submit a ticket, I dont see any Servers down (per the public status script), and you have a Dedicated IP so I cant trace which servers your on.

Can't open a ticket. This account is not my personal account. I called the guy with the information (this is a gaming community website) and left a message. I was posting here in hopes that someone who can help would check and see that there is something wrong and fix it without having to open a ticket.

    You're on Komodo...

I dont see a Komodo on the network status page...

Also, the web server is working. My static html pages are displaying fine but my PHP pages report a database error and I also can't access the control panel. I am going to assume that someone is working on this...

Me either, but that's what I'm seeing on this end...

    How odd!

I think a ticket is in order...

Oops! I just read the whole thread. Let me think about this a little.

Soon as this guy calls me back with the account info I will be more than happy to open a ticket. The account info is posted in the forums but I guess that's not really a good place for it in a situation like this, hehe

The site is responding for me, but it is throwing an error:

    Code:
There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.
It appears that the server is on Komodo, which isn't listed on the network status page. I managed to find it by doing a bunch of forward and reverse nslookups. Fun stuff.

It appears that all the services on my server are down except for http. I can view static HTML pages with no problem but I cant access the control panel, I cant login via FTP, and my databases are obviously out of commision! Ahhhhh!
