    It means you have no index page set up. If you had one set up before you need to open a ticket to see what happened to it.

    the site has been working find way before, just like 5-10 mints back i saw this
    I immidiately open the tickets

    I'm curious, can you tell us what the issue was? I'm having a similar problem on a site here and wonder if it's related.

    I opened the ticket when i had this problem.
    Around in 10-15 minutes, i got a response as follows

    Hi,
    There was some miss-configuration in the Apache's main configuration
    file, which has been corrected. Your site is now loading fine. Please
    check at your end to confirm.

    Let us Know if you need further assistance.


    So send them a ticket, 2 times with HIGH Importance, it shall be looked Quickly

    In my personal experiance here important tickets usually take only minutes to get resolved.
