Currently the affiliate program here is based on the honor system. I know this isn't very good but Jag is working on something better, they just keep getting caught up on other projects.

If you want to refer someone over here have them enter your domain name in the box where it says "how did you hear about us". Once this is done Jag will credit your account. At this time I can't recall what the rates are, someone else will have to chime in on that.
