DNS Report Questions

If I go to www.dnsstuff.com and run the DNS Report I get a failure that says
"No NS A records at nameservers"

What does this mean and how do I go about fixing it?

On most of the domains I host I also get a failure that says "Missing (stealth) nameservers"

What does this mean and how do I go about fixing that?

Make sure you have A records for the DNS zone that you are using for your name servers.
