though one thing is it creates subdomain for the Main Domain Name.
But it works as Independant site.
Though it can be accessed by subdomain.maindomain.com

So how to disable the function of subdomain.maindomain.com

and just make it accessible by independantdomain.com

You would have to either open a ticket for that or better yet, create a .htaccess redirect to the proper independentdomain.com URL.

The same site is also available at www.maindomaion.com/subdomain So the .htaccess rewrite will work for both.
    Good luck

If you want to disable it, you need to signup for a new account, or go with bulk reseller account where you do not need to use multi-hosting, or open a support ticket to get a custom installed domain ($15 setup charge). However any custom settings may break anytime as its not supported by the cpanel system, so it is your own risk.

The best option would be to get a bulk reseller account.

aviz, I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to point another domain name to an existing domain name. For instance a searcher finds the same page for domainA.com and domainB.com.

Or are you trying to set up multihosted domains. I have a feeling it is the former based on your original question.

Not sure anyone can tell you exactly what to do, unless they understand exactly what your are trying to do.

However I think most solutions to any problem will be the same on shared, or semi dedicated.

I think he is setting up multihosted domains on an SDX now and thinks he might move them to individual accounts on a reseller plan later. If so, that shouldn't be a problem--all you need to do is copy the files from public_html/multihostsite to public_html on the new server and then dump the databases and restore them to the new server. The only issue you'll have is that your database names will change, since each of your reseller sites will have a unique username. Not a huge deal--you'll just need to change settings in your scripts' config files.
