Exclamation Client login won't work & sites are down

I've had the Partner Plus reseller account for a couple years with you guys and LOVE it ... but suddenly having problems and I CAN'T LOGIN to the client help ticket system... it's as if my account was deleted/cancelled? And there's no tech-support contact info on your contact page (it points to the client login page), so I'm hoping you can help me.

My main page for the reseller account is hostoutsidethebox.com. Some of the other domains are lifeinbeta.net, amandaweber.com, ratedxracing.com, and nickcoughlin.com. All of the sites are down (as of 7:30 pm CST -- possibly earlier than that, that's just when I noticed it, they were fine earlier today).

I tried to put in a help ticket, but when I tried to login with my e-mail and password, it said they were incorrect. When I tried to do a "Forgot password?" request, it says, "Sorry, that email address does not correspond to an active user." -- it's as if my account got canceled (which I did not request).

    HELP!?!!!

    Hrm...

Well, the server looks fine, so I think you're right!

Looks like your account is boned...

I think I would contact someone in sales/billing!

    *edit*

Looks like Live Support is online too... Might contact them.

    ARGH!

I tried to send an e-mail to sales@jaguarpc.com, and it sent me the spam-prevention/verification e-mail. I clicked the link, and I get a page that says, "This page has not been accessed correctly. Please send an email to errors@jaguarpc.com if you feel this is in error. Thank You!" -- I tried copying & pasting the link and I get the same error.

It appears I have NO WAY to get in touch with anyone (hopefully they'll see this thread?)

Vin, thanks for the help -- where is the Live Support link on that page? I see "24/7 Tech Support" but I can't get to anything there because my client login no longer works.

    Hello Mandi,
Your account has in fact been cancelled due to it being more than 1 month overdue. If you'd like this restored we can certainly restore it for you for a charge of $15 + the applicable monthly payment in advance. If you've been still unable to contact sales@ via email please PM me to have your account reactivated so youre able to update payment details.

THANK YOU, Ben! My credit card must've expired or something. I will PM you about having it reactivated. Thanks SO much.

    My pleasure!

BTW, if you look in the left column, on the support page, near the bottom (should be placed higher on the page, IMHO), you'll see a bug graphic link for Live Support.

Sounds like they're getting you setup, but it never hurts to know where the Live Support feature is...
