I posted a concern about downtime in this forum and my post was deleted. Why did this happen? And why did I not get a response?

My server is down again twice in 2 days. Please do not delete this post; I would much rather a dignified response to this problem.

hoopz your post was removed because you are posting this in a sales forum.
I have already addressed your problem in the support ticket which you opened.

I have not received a response from helpdesk; had I received one, I would not be posting this here.
There has been no response to the ticket I openned today.

To clarify further. It is 4:47pm PST; my server is still down; I have not received a response to my problem or ticket; if I cannot post this topic in Sales Inquiries, where would you suggest I post it? and when can I have a response to my problem?
Thanks for your understanding.

A better place to post this would be linux discussions for instance, since this topic doesn't relate to sales. I'll move it there now.
Can you let me know your ticket ID? I've just looked through tickets that were recently opened and from what I can see everything was replied to.

I'm merging this thread with the other one as it's about the same issue.

I have not ever received a ticket # for any of my communication with technical support, yet all my requests have been answered. I will resend my technical support request.
I just submitted the request and again, no ticket # was sent.
This is all I get every time I email support (as mentioned on this forum):

If you haven't received an automated response with the ticket ID, then we didn't receive your ticket most likely. Keep in mind: you can also open a ticket directly from https://my.dehe.com. If you submit it from there you'll be sure that we receive it.

I will submit again using the URL.
The URL is great. I'll be using it from now on. You can delete this post if you like.
Thanks for your attention,
Rudy
hoopz, I don't think the URL is so great. The ticketing system doesn't appear to store any of our tickets.![]()
