    Why was my post deleted?

    I posted a concern about downtime in this forum and my post was deleted. Why did this happen? And why did I not get a response?

    Server is down!

    My server is down again twice in 2 days. Please do not delete this post; I would much rather a dignified response to this problem.

    To clarify further. It is 4:47pm PST; my server is still down; I have not received a response to my problem or ticket; if I cannot post this topic in Sales Inquiries, where would you suggest I post it? and when can I have a response to my problem?

    A better place to post this would be linux discussions for instance, since this topic doesn't relate to sales. I'll move it there now.

    Can you let me know your ticket ID? I've just looked through tickets that were recently opened and from what I can see everything was replied to.

    I have not ever received a ticket # for any of my communication with technical support, yet all my requests have been answered. I will resend my technical support request.

    If you haven't received an automated response with the ticket ID, then we didn't receive your ticket most likely. Keep in mind: you can also open a ticket directly from https://my.dehe.com. If you submit it from there you'll be sure that we receive it.

    hoopz, I don't think the URL is so great. The ticketing system doesn't appear to store any of our tickets.
