    Hi Nicolas,

I've just checked and Milovan is still working with SWsoft on that issue. They'll keep you updated regularly.

    And you're welcome

Nicolas I'm afraid I cannot look into all your support requests personally, you will have to work this out with our techs. I'll respond to this particular case just once but from now on all communication about this matter should be done in the ticket.

The problem with your VPS is that you are consistently using a good portion of your burstable ram, which means you are always using more RAM than what's guaranteed to your VPS. However, burstable ram is not always available, which means that if your VPS is constantly over it's guaranteed ram amount and there is no burstable ram available, your VPS will run into trouble.

There are only two solutions for that: either reduce your ram usage, or upgrade to a plan with more guaranteed ram.

Note that if you don't think the amount of ram that your VPS is normal, it's likely that your application has a memory leak. So I would advice to investigate that, you can ask our techs to assist you with that (although I do have to add that our techs can't go through all your scripts and investigate all codes you have, that is not something we provide support for).

Again, please make sure to keep all further communication about this matter in the support ticket. If you feel your ticket isn't being handled properly you can always ask the techs to escalate the ticket to me or one of our other senior staff members.
