Are you on USA or NL Servers?

If NL, can't tell for sure but based on my monitoring there was no downtime.

USA i can't tell really, don't have vps-es located there

It's better to open a support ticket about this then our techs can look into the case for your account specifically. We haven't had any outage at that time but it can be that your VPS was being rebooted for instance.
