Most of the time, people who get QoS Alert in Virtuozzo seems to have memory related problems (privvmpages, oomguarpages).
In my case, I don't have problems with memory... but I've got some of these errors:
shmpages (http://www.dehe.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=7)
othersockbuf (http://www.dehe.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=8)
Thos are less frequent, but I also have some of these:
numflock
numsiginfo
I have search WebHostingTalk, SWsoft and Google to find some info about these... but i did'nt find anything useful exept the default Virtozzo definitions:
shmpages
The total size of shared memory (including IPC, shared anonymous mappings and tmpfs objects) allocated by the processes of a particular VPS, in pages.
And this SWsoft page: http://kb.swsoft.com/article_133_1057_en.html
From what I understand, service (like Apache) must use some shmpages to run.
othersockbuf
The total size of UNIX-domain socket buffers, UDP, and other datagram protocol send buffers.
numflock
The number of file locks created by all VPS processes.
numsiginfo
The number of siginfo structures (essentially, this parameter limits the size of the signal delivery queue).
Can you tell me what these errors are suppose to tell me?
