    Emergency - Service down again

    Hello,

    Yesterday one of my VPS had almos 6 hours offline but I received help from support and I thought everything was ok. Today I can see that none of my clients can access cPanel, FTP, email or HTTP.

    I wrote to support and I got a reply saying everything was working fine. I replied again and I'm waiting for an answer.

    Could you please give me a solution? I have 5 VPS with you and 4 of them are working fine, but the one I just mentioned keeps failing constantly since I suscribe.

    - Could I get the VPS re-created without loose any info from my accounts?
    - If so, how much time would it take to be done?
    - Would that solve the problems?

    The ticket ID is HOL-79053, I just received response from Alex telling me that he's working on it, I hope it can be solved soon.

    However I still would like to know:

    - Could I get the VPS re-created without loose any info from my accounts?
    - If so, how much time would it take to be done?
    - Would that solve the problems?

    Is just that my client for that VPS is really upset and his clients are complaining a lot. So what I'm looking for is to have a definitive solution to the constant problems.

    I just want to update you about the original problem. The support team helped me fix all the problems and even when emails and control panels are still very slow I think everything is fixed.

    I still would like to get a response from DEHE about the 3 questions I asked in my previous post
