Very high cpu usage

Hello,

I have a very high cpu usage on my vps since 3 days.
I have edited myself theses files : httpd.conf and my.cnf
I have edited these files following a tutorial ( I never had configured a server )
My website becomed very fast.

However since 3 days, my vps often get down.
I would like to know if I have enough memory on my VPS or if it's a misconfiguration of the system ? like apache or mysql optimisation ?
