There was a zone file issue on the dehe site that caused just it to be unreachable but I didtn think it was hours. No clients sites or services were affected.

cool - it was few hours at least here in Oz, but no problem - glad it's sorted.

Looks like another outage on September the 9th for roughly 30 minutes or so. From speaking with several people several (if not all) VPSes went down as well as the Dehe site itself. As of right now the Dehe site is back up but my VPS is still down.

Well my VPS has been unreachable for the last 2 hours (still not up), and it's only been in the last 5-10 minutes that dehe.com has been reachable...
Support desk is not up either...

My VPS (website, ssh, virtuozzo) is down too. I've just open a support ticket about this.

Come on, not again!! There's seems to be no one responding from DEHE's support.
It's the second time it happen to my VPS in less than a month. When it happens on weekends, support seems to be painfully slow.

Me too. Please reply to ticket #2354035. What happening here. Somebody from dehe need to explain it. My vps has been down for about 3 hours now.

The first post about this problem was posted more than 4 hours and there is still no signs that DEHE knows anything about this situation...
