    Hi, I can't login to support/billing system at my.dehe.com My vps id is
    dehe355 (Atlanta). I have sent email to billing@dehe.com but I got returning email error.

    Hi,

    As I know, my.dehe.com isnīt work any more, now you have to use:

    https://secure.dehe.com/clients/

    but you need a new password...didnīt you received the new login details?

    I have redirected to the new url but seems they have changed my password and I'm still not receiving it yet.

    Nope, haven't received a thing. Then again I haven't been receiving any of the automated e-mails from DEHE.

    Do you enable the spambox at you account? If yes take a look over there, I received the message with * * spam * * marks.

    And have you try the "forgot password" link?

    I got reply from billing, they told me accounts details have been send to me but I still don't received it yet. I also tried the forgot password, same result.

    I have enabled private messaging here on the forums. Please send me your account name or account id number and I will test and retreive your login for you.

    Can you confirm you tried the "password retreval" link and didnt receive the email? That may be a matter of incorrect email on file too, so please also state your email when you PM me. thanks

    You will have to contact billing about this, we can't handle something like this on a public forum.

    I resent the login information for vps355 to the email addresses on file for that account. Please let us know if you dont get it.
