As I know, my.dehe.com isnīt work any more, now you have to use:
https://secure.dehe.com/clients/
but you need a new password...didnīt you received the new login details?

I have redirected to the new url but seems they have changed my password and I'm still not receiving it yet.

I got reply from billing, they told me accounts details have been send to me but I still don't received it yet. I also tried the forgot password, same result.
I have enabled private messaging here on the forums. Please send me your account name or account id number and I will test and retreive your login for you.
Can you confirm you tried the "password retreval" link and didnt receive the email? That may be a matter of incorrect email on file too, so please also state your email when you PM me. thanks

Any update? I have to login billing system to make a pending invoice.
You will have to contact billing about this, we can't handle something like this on a public forum.
