Hi Modern,

I am sure Andre or ANY of the team here will have said they can not do business with you because you are Iranian. If that was the case then they would not have activated the VE and refunded you BEFORE it was setup.

I may have had some differences with Andre in the past but I can assure you that Andre would never comit raceism. Please think before you start acusing anyone of this.

Ben is correct in saying they do not give refunds. This is all stated in the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up.

Hi Modern,

Who exactly is hosting your site?

The site you mentioned is located in a different Datacenter tthan the one DEHE use in America and the Netherlands IP block they say has problems is actually the UK ip block.

As far as I know DEHE has no servers in the UK. And I am pretty sure they have no servers in Ashburn, Virginia.

So please can you let us know of one of YOUR sites located on YOUR VE that is hosted by DEHE.

None of those IP's you have given are not registered to DEHE or the Datacenters they use. One is even in the wrong country.

I do not know what this is about, but this IP 83.98.192.13 is Dehe’s. I have same iRacks Ltd. IP in my VPS in NL DC.

You should contact the Solidhost billing if you are in NL datacenter:
billing@SolidHost.com

Note I’m just for the forum user, not the staff.
I'll hope your issue gets solved.

The 83.x.x.x IP block is assigned to the UK.

DEHE have NO servers in the UK.

Therefore cant be a DEHE VE.

Of all the DEHE VE's I have got none of them is in the 83.x.x.x range .

what you are saying is incorrect..! DEHE has many NL based vpss at the IP block 83. Whether they bought some IP from the UK, I do not know... but they use such IPs since at least a year ago.

DEHE can not "buy" IP's just be assigned them by RIPE/ARIN.

If RIPE/ARIN has changed their ip block assignments then ok I am wrong but if you go and do a whois look up on ALL the IP's that have been mentioned you will find they are registered to the UK.
