Server Down

Andre - I certainly hope you see this post (or anyone else at DEHE that really cares). I hate to go public with this one, but I feel it is justified!

I had a server go down yesterday at 2:00PM (CST), it is now 7:06AM (CST) and it is NOT UP YET. All evening and night I was told conflicting reports by support, and a promise someone was on it.

At about 7:00PM I received an email stating "The node is undergoing emergency maintenance", but after this long - is it safe to assume the patient has DIED!!! Heart surgery takes less time than this.

I need answers Andre - and your support team is letting me down.

I believe this issue is resolved now and the ticket updated. There were indeed problems with the virtuozzo software and kernel on this server in addition to some hardware issues last night and both are fixed now.

My VPS also went down yesterday (for the same reason). This have just happen before and during the "Montreal college shooting", an event who could have bring many people on my forum...

My VPS is back online today...
