    DEHE has remove my account in error

    I had a reseller account with SOLIDHOST for two years with excellent service, recently this was moved to DEHE and today my account has been removed without any trace, no access to sites, whm or cp.
    I have been exchanging emails since 0600 GMT this morning and have got nowhere, I am now waiting for sales to sort things out, but this is now 14 hours later. I have been forced to purchase temporary space from another provider to restore my sites.
    So far I am not impressed with DEHE support for ex SOLIDHOST customers.

    13/10/06 1425 GMT
    Still waiting for any progress from DEHE..now 32 hours since outage reported, still no websites, WHM or CP !!!

    This is not a testimonial and has been moved. When was the last time you were billed? Did you email sales@dehe.com and click the verify link to confirm your mail was delivered. I think maybe you mailed me right? If you are the same one that mailed me Ive got someone checking into this already.

    It would appear your account wasnt listed in our system or being billed and paid for. In a server audit we indentified accounts on machines we are not charging for and suspended/removed them . Im not sure if yours was one of them but we are checking it out asap. I'll find out what the delay is about.

    Are you shure the not billed or payed billed accounts are the only reason to delete them? My account was deleted too and I have been billed every month, and I have my credit card statments to prove it. And worst, my account was deleted with all the backups. Wich makes my account unrecoverable.

    We have only removed accounts that were not in our billing or not being paid.
