About Uptime guarantee

Hi,
I just want to know regarding site uptime guarantee from DEHE.
I have encountered several downtime with my vps before and when I check with siteuptime.com my server uptime is not 99.9 like dehe promised

(I have been using DEHE from august)

how do you think? Will be there's any compensation for me?

We do not offer compensation based on third party tools. If you have any problems, lag, slowness, downtime, etc please make sure to report it to us immediately in a ticket. If we do find a problem with the node, network, or something we've done then we would be happy to credit you. If its a problem with just your vps or something we would be happy to help get it fixed.
