Yesterday the shared server neptune was down for 3+ hours. During those hours we had no update what was going - I recommend you should start a thread in Network and Hardware status and keep us updated (that would save precious time to support team also).

We received an announcement after the problem was solved.

BTW, what was exactly the problem? Power issue was mentioned but what exactly?

I would like also to ask if neptune has dual power supplies (I think I remember Andre telling so).
