    I requested my vps/my service with dehe to be terminated about a day ago, i have still not heard anything from the billing department on ticket id: 2373799

    and ideas what the delay is?

    There was already a reply to that ticket I see from Ben, asking for a form of verification. Please refer to that email or ticket. Thanks
