    How long does it take to upgrade account from Shared to Semi-Dedicated?

    22:15 EST
    Got an email from Jag saying my site is having too much HTTP activity so they had to close it (with a message on my site that says "This Account Has Been Suspended. Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible." for everyone to see). In the email it says that upgrading is without downtime and that I should do it asap to avoid these down times I'm having now.

    22:30 EST
    I followed its advise right away and opened a ticket with SALES (with highest priority) to ask for the upgrade and the bill.

    23:30 EST
    It's (just?) been an hour since I opened a ticket. How long should I expect to have my site back on again?

    Your old account should not have been "suspended". I will talk to the techs to be careful. Sorry for the inconvenience. Your site should be back online by now. Sales hours are: http://www.jaguarpc.com/support/kbase/744.html

    However depending on the sales back log, new account setup/upgrades can take time.

    My site is back online now! Thanks for the speedy service! In the email it says they had to suspend my account because of the high activity to maintain the stability, so I understand that down time is a must. So I just need to wait the bill now. Thanks once again!

    My account is suspended again now.. with no email and no update to my ticket.. oh great

    *update* suspension lifted... we'll see what it is this time...
