Got an email from Jag saying my site is having too much HTTP activity so they had to close it (with a message on my site that says "This Account Has Been Suspended. Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible." for everyone to see). In the email it says that upgrading is without downtime and that I should do it asap to avoid these down times I'm having now.
22:30 EST
I followed its advise right away and opened a ticket with SALES (with highest priority) to ask for the upgrade and the bill.
23:30 EST
It's (just?) been an hour since I opened a ticket. How long should I expect to have my site back on again?
