Site Suspended - NO Reason Given

Let me say I am extremely pissed off at Jaguar at the moment.

I just found my site listed as Suspended, with no given reason for it.

They charged my CC on 03/21/07 with no issues, as usual, and then go and suspend it. And there is nothing remotely illegal being done.

    No warnings, no nothing.

You have a support ticket, and I hope you resolve it damn soon.

    Pissed off!

    It's ticket # 12420968

I will say that you did quickly unsuspend it, and I do appreciate the very quick response time.

But I would still like to learn why it was suspended it in the first place. Possibly just an error in oversight somplace, but would still like to know why.

I have found that your site was suspended temporarily because of some php scripts were causing high load. An email was sent to you but it did not go through. Unfortunately the tech who sent you the email has already deleted the bounced message. Please make sure that all email addresses in your client area are active and working.

    Well. I must say this..........

You guys just did it again today! No email or information given. You just suspended my account with no given reason. This just after I send you an earlier email about 403 forbidden error on my site (which was responded and fixed quickly)

But to suspend someone's account with no reason giving (Twice !!) is not nice. Especially after charging someone's CC just the day before!

Well, I also want to say that I do see that Jaguar has had it hands full with all the hacked sites recently. I don't browse the forums much, but I think my sight may have been hacked as well, as I did see a zero byte index error earlier this morning. Thus, I expect all the hacked sites has gotten everyone at jaguar on full alert.

I'll just sit back patiently and wait till I a response on the support ticket.

If you haven't modified the PHP scripts that caused the problem the first time, they will have suspended you for the exact same reason. In shared hosting, if your script causes high load, it screws up dozens of other peoples' accounts.

Find out what script is caused them to suspend you, and either fix it or turn it off.
