How much time does the support take to reply to a ticket? In the past each it take less than 30 minutes, but now it's 1 hour and still not a word (and my site is very slow...).
It depends on the support load and any major issues being dealt. What is your ticket #?
Look around the forums, youll actually find some ticket posts about responses in under 1 minute, yup just mere seconds. But typically a few minutes 10-20 is common. Of course our age old guarantee is 24hrs but thats not at all a representation of the norm.

I saw your ticket. I have tested your site from various locations but could not reproduce any delay response from it. The server itself is running fine with no issues or loads.
