Ordered VPS Discovery Linux Plan at JaguarPC today

Hi,

I earlier today ordered "VPS Discovery Linux Plan" here at JaguarPC. Well, now I regret that I ordered it because it's just too much for me. I can see they have 30-day money back guaranty. I now know that I just want a shared hosting. I wrote to them about it, but no answer yet. Do you think they can switch my account to a "Shared Hosting Account" instead? Anyone with experience with JaguarPC?

I made the same mistake... I ordered a VPS but decided it was a little much for me.. So i emailed sales and they were able to move me to an SDX in no time at all... just tell them you made a huge mistake and would rather have the sdx... i love it.. i would highly recommend it over normal shared hosting as you do not have limits or anything on how much ram or cpu you use.. they told me as long as i dont crash the server there is not really any set limit with an sdx..

if you prefer less control and more power def go with the SDX instead

I can assure you if you get in over your head we wont take your money and leave you on the doorstep, well either refund you or move you to what you can handle/want

This is exactly what you did. I mailed the support team, who moved me over to the "GigaDeal Shared Hosting", which is plenty enough for me. I can only say that I'm one happy man. Great support from Jaguar team, no daubt!
