the sdx server gold keeps going up and down.. happened 2 times today and 2 times friday... can someone with jpc please figure this one ...

    the sdx server gold keeps going up and down.. happened 2 times today and 2 times friday... can someone with jpc please figure this one out and do whatever needs to be done to resolve the issue?

    ya i did right after it went down but all they will say is that they are monitoring it closely

    dbstephens,

    We are indeed monitoring the server closely to figure out the abusive script/user, it seems to be happening once every couple of days. I see two instances of spikes/problems so far from last week. The uptime is 45 days, the server isn't going down, but some services might be when the problems occur.

    this is getting REAL old REAL fast... some moron on the same server as me keeps overloading it and causing apache to go down.. and before someone jumps in and says.. are you sure it isnt yourself... no it is not me, i do not have anything on any of my websites quite yet as i am still building them mostly locally... what is the deal here? i submit a ticket and get a reply, oh it wont happen again.. HERE IT IS AGAIN! switch my account to another server or do something.. this is getting old.. this time of night is when it always happens and it is when i am trying to do the major work on my website... hmphhhhhhhh

    THANK YOU ANDREW! he got the server back up and is searching for the abusive user (which i thought they already got rid of) so hopefully this fixes it... i was fine for 2 weeks and then recently as in the past 4 days the apache service goes down at nearly the same time every night..

    and there goes the server again... gahhh this is really annoying.. support is going to switch the server i am on because of this ongoing issue.
