Help! Can't reset my Client Login Password!

Hi all,

I've had a jaguarpc account for many, many years.

Recently, I tried to do a client login on the site. The username / pass that has worked for years no longer worked.

So i clicked "forgot password" and entered what i thought was my primary email address. It is not being recognized.

None of my old emails are being recognized as the primary email address.

How do i get my Client login credentials back? I'm still being billed on my ( working Credit card ) so i can prove that it's my account....

Can someone from JagPc staff please help!?

Send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com with the account info you have along with the last 4 of your credit card, I believe.

FYI: JPC reset all of the passwords to the client area about a week ago as a result of a site hacking/defacement detailed in this thread.

As Ron said, a quick email to support should be all you need to get your access reenabled.
