change server time

Hi,

Is it possible to change the server time for an account on a shared server? I know a general change will effect everyone on the server so is there a setting in php.ini or any other config file to change the settings for just one account?

If you are using PHP 5 there are a whole bunch of new date/time features, including the date.timezone setting that I think may do what you want (though I haven't tried using it).
