    Question Referrals Never Credited

I was going through my credit card billing statements and checked my payment history here on JagPC and realized that I was never credited for any of at least three shared hosting account referrals I made in April to May 2007. I have been billed for my account, for all five months since, and paid accordingly. Checking to see if the payment dates were being pushed back slipped my mind I suppose.

At the time, I do not think the "Referral System" was active and the only place to indicate the referrer was in the new client sign up form, where I had each individual put my name and domain (or whatever else it was that they asked for).

My question is how do I go about getting this credit? I can provide names and domains, but I may or may not be able to get in touch with all of the individuals themselves at the moment.

    Thanks in advance!

I'd suggest that you open a ticket to Sales in Nixcore and ask for help from the friendly staff there.
    Good luck
