About LinkBacksWas down for a little while (aprox 30 min.) Thursday the 8th.
Down for roughly 36-40 hours starting Friday the 9th running through all of Saturday the 10th and into Sunday the 11th.
Down for small periods of time again Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th.
And now is once again down this afternoon the 14th.
Folks from my site have opened tickets on every occasion.
What is going on? I find it difficult to believe that my site is the only client on Ewok that finds this situation unacceptable.
When is this situation going to be resolved for good? I don't think a week is a reasonable fix time.

This time server is down due to scheduled maintenance at 4 PM EST. This server was continuously having problems and we are now moving the drives of this server to a completely new machine to isolate any further hardware issues. We also sent a maintenance notice to the user on this server yesterday as well as today.

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me approx. when the server is expected to be back up? And is it anticipated that this maintenence will reslove the issues of the last week?

Ewok server was already up some 55 mins back and yes hopefully this hardware change will resolve the issues which server was having since last week.

Yes, when I first mentioned the continual Ewok service problems Thursday, I was PMd by one of the admins on this board to submit a ticket to sales. Originally Posted by Vin DSL

Hrm...
It sounded like you were saying that ppl on your site were opening tickets, which implied they had your client username & password.
