Yup. It's like magic. Ask a question, it is fixed before anybody thinks of touching it...

    LoL!

I used to be hosted at a place where my sites were down for 2-3 weeks at a time. When I contacted Tech Support, so called, it took them a week to answer. Plus, they lost track of my account - couldn't find my sites on any of their servers...

Ppl don't realize how bad it can be!

and exactly how long did you stay with them vin?
    -Daniel

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once every few weeks.

My scripts never have bugs. They just develop random features.

Well, believe it or not, I'm a very loyal person (when felicitous & due)... no better friend, no worse enemy!

I stayed with them until they hosted 'adult' sites -- at which point, it became a matter of personal embarrassment (NS lookups, et cetera) -- having my site[s] associated with them!

It's doing it again. It seems that occasionally the server goes down for short periods and comes back up.

Currently I have no access to both my sites. Let's see if this is a larger issue or if it will only take a minute or two to get access back.

I can get into my Control Panel...

Yup. Both sites back up. I was down for approximately 5 minutes.

Ask support if they would be so kind to move you to a different node

I notice on the network status page, that Dione isn't down, can you still not access it?
