    dns problem please help

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, i hope it is... I hope yall can help me, my problem is this, i have a account with a retailer who host thru jaguarpc... now u may ask why im posting here and not on my host site. well you see the admin of the site has been ask for about 2 months now. at the time my site was still running with out any problems so I didnt really care at the time... now back to my problem when ever i try to add a addon domain it comes back with the error There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 69.73.135.5,69.73.135.254 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
but if you was to check the dns on whois is shows it point to the correct dns server ( http://www.networksolutions.com/whoi...itenewbies.com ) i no about the 48 hour rule, but it has been three days. and since i cant get in contact with the admin, ive been pulling my hear out trying to figure out what do to... this is my last light of hope, so please if anyone have any advise please post

Are you trying to use cPanel to add the domain, or WHM?

    Hrm...

According to the JagPC DNS Page one of the IPs is wrong!

    Bulk Reseller Hosting Name Servers
    vns1.nocdirect.com 69.73.135.4
    vns2.nocdirect.com 69.73.135.254

Heh! Actually, the Jag DNS page is wrong, and the IP is right!

    nslookup vns1.nocdirect.com

    Name: vns1.nocdirect.com
    Address: 69.73.135.5
Gamezol: The entries you've created at the registry are correct, so do not change them. There is no problem there.

    DNS Information:
    Name Server: vns1.nocdirect.com
    Name Server: vns2.nocdirect.com
The error appears to be with the WHM setup of the reseller that you are with. If you have not been able to contact that reseller for 2 months now, that is the root cause of the problem, because he/she has only to make the correct A, CNAME and MX records for your parked domain, and it will start working straight away. (The NS update you did at the registrar on 1st December is fully propagated). You need to find a way of contacting that reseller, or move to an account where you have better (any) control - A shared account at JaguarPC for example

If it ain't broke, don't ping it...
