Comcast Black List - Over a Year and counting

Over 18 months after I first complained about this, myself and a bunch of other JaguarPC customers are still on the Comcast blacklist. This affects people on shared hosting and shared dedicated hosting.

Comcast Blacklist - Wolverine, Chameleon, maybe more?

    This affects:
    -wolverine
    -chameleon

And quite possibly some other servers (we might have a series of IP addresses blocked).

Today I filed another support ticket to see if it would help (it hasn't so far).

If *anyone* else has trouble with the comcast black list, please file a support ticket!

I found this website devoted to the Comcast Blacklist

Have you installed or had Jag install a SPF record for your site?

18 months (or so) ago I was having problems in sending email to Comcast. As far as I know after the SPF record was installed for my site I have not had any problems.

I can vouch for the SPF suggestion... I have Comcast and I neglected to setup an SPF record on one of my domains and most of my mail was being tossed to my spam bin... I added an SPF record and voila! I am not getting my emails in my inbox!

If you have not yet set up an SPF, do it...

I just sent out my email newsletter and the Comcast emails worked! So I (and perhaps others affected by this) are off the Comcast black list. I'm happy.
