    .htaccess modified

    Hi All,

I've tried a support ticket once (well, just started number 2), but maybe someone here can help. My .htaccess file keeps getting modified, I've noticed it three times now in the last couple of weeks. The AddHandler line that enables php5 for .php, etc. gets commented out. Nothing else changes.

I've searched my raw access logs, but see nothing.

I've added a few more comments to the file to see if the file is being editted or replaced and will watch it to see what happens.

I guess my question is: Has anyone else seen/heard of this?

It feels to me like something Jaguar is doing, but I have no proof.

    Thanks.....

    Which server are you on?

    Hrm...

I don't see any 'Emergencies" on Delphi, so it's unlikely that the changes are due to restores.

Have you checked the time stamp on '.htaccess' to see WHEN it's being modified?

You do now! No clue if it could be linked to this dudes issue though

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once every few weeks.

My scripts never have bugs. They just develop random features.

I commented on another thread ( .htaccess comments )

but wanted to sound in and say that we experienced the EXACT SAME THING on demetrius.nocdirect.com -- and no explanation provided by jaguar.
