Need help -- Can't log in to open ticket

One big problem: I can't log in to the client area to open a help ticket. I don't kow if I forgot my username/password or what, but I tried everthing I could imagine. I can still log in to cPanel.

(In the mean while I figured out the problem.)

Please email sales@jaguarpc.com and we will help you to recover your password. You can also use the Lost Password feature on the login page of Nixcore.

NixCore passwords expire every 90 days or so now. Just use the forgotten password feature if you can't log in and you'll get a new password sent to your primary and secondary email addresses in a matter of seconds.
