Site down, no response for 15 hours

I am really disappointed with the customer support. My site DB was closed due to high mysql activity. The site is just a phpBB forum with about 3000 visitors per day. Its not a big forum.

Anyway I had ungraded to a dedicated server. The site BD is closed and I have no response from support. The dedicated server will be ready in one week. Anyone who runs a forum knows that you can not keep a community down for that long. The customer support did not answer for about 15 hours, they should of told me if they can open the db again or move my website to other server.

My Ticket is #12653510 so please customer support tell me what to do.

Your ticket is not in support queue. Please open a new ticket if you need technical support.

Your ticket was probably moved to sales when you requested the dedicated server and sales does not operate 24/7, meaning no one has seen your ticket to do anything about it.

Things like this worry me. Did your site just get closed down or did JPC give you a warning first so that you could do something about it?

Of course, several warnings were given, but their traffic is way too high for a shared/sdx server

How much traffic is too much for a shared/sdx server? I also have a forum, but only get about 1500-2000 pageviews a day. Should I be worried?
