Addon domain error

Hi,

I'm trying to move my domains to jaguar, I've updated nameservers and trying to add a domain (add-on), but I get the following error:

Error from park wrapper: mydomain.lt is owned by another user.

Any suggestions how to solve this? Thanks.

The domain entries are already present in either /var/cpanel/users/USERNAME file or /var/cpanel/userdata/USERNAME/ directory. Please open a support ticket and we will take care of it. You can also setup a subdomain from cPanel and open a ticket to get the domain setup as addon on that subdomain.
