Is my SPF record ok?

hi,

I have a shared account in jaguarPC but I use google apps for my mail needs. I also host the DNS in another provider (free one outside JPC).

I send emails both from google apps and my JPC smtp server. In my DNS the MX records are only from google apps (I receive all email there, because of that, and that's how I want it).

So, with that scenario, I want to know if my SPF is correct, I have a TXT field with this:
v=spf1 a mx mx:aspmx.googlemail.com ip4:IP_OF_JPC_SERVER ~all

Does this work? will Hotmail like this (my mails are marked as spam)? Do I need to add this to hotmail for hotmail to consider my emails not spam?

You will need to get SPF settings from google and add those in there. Their "outgoing" mail servers for your domain need to go in your SPF.

and I have all of that in my TXT record.


But the mails that are being marked as spam by hotmail are sent via JPC SMTP (my JPC shared server), so they're clearly in the SPF... right?

also, should I use ip4:IP_OF_JPC_SERVER or include:XXXX.nocdirect.com ? (i have a shared account, semi-dedicated)
