    It's a shame to post this here. I've sent several emails in jaguar support, sales and abuse but no one is replying. After all this time NO ONE is replying. I am completely unsatisfied with their service and requesting to get my money back.

    Jaguar come on, SEND ME AN EMAIL. RESPOND. Or I'll completely label you as scammers.

    Sorry to say that.

    What is your suport ticket id? Sales does not work 24/7, only available (7AM - 10PM CST). They will get back to you during that time, if you have opened a sales ticket.

    That's the improvement you need to. So that even other countries will have the convenience to reach your sales.

    One more thing, I can not login my login client support ticket. It says Malformed User IP setting, I can't remember why is it like this.

    They have increased they operating hours as Customer Demand Warrants, They use to only run sales 8-5.

    If only 1 or 2 people contact Sales between 10pm and 7am Why should they want to pay someone to do nothing during that time frame. Sales requests are not mission critical or really all that time sensitive

    We reply to every ticket we receive. If it's the first time you've emailed us, you need to validate the email. You should have at least received the validation email.
