Thumbs down Is it possible to run ASP under LINUX

To make ASP run under Linux, PHP script files are saved as ASP extensions and are redirected to the PHP interpreter. So it looks like the server serves ASP files, but these are actually PHP scripts.

OK...we've seen this exact post here before (and everywhere else). Unlike traditional forum spam, though, I haven't seen any follow up "look what I found" posts on any of the random selection of links I clicked, so I have no clue what's up. Time will tell, I guess...

Crazy spam indeed...wonder who's behind these and why...?

Anyhow - for those wondering the actual answer (I for one was curious), it appears one can use Mono for apache.

Maybe some are just looking to see how many phrase hits they can generate in Google?

I've also seen some REALLY (relatively?) long term approaches where they'll come back a few months later to post a reply.
    Good luck
