    "Your account xxxxxx has been suspended as a result of a failed payment."

    Hello,

    I just want to know if this has happen to anyone.

    I have SDX and a dedicated server on my client area, the SDX did have passed some time due.

    The dedicated server, which payment expired at 27 May 2008 and the respective server was suspended today!

    According to the terms and conditions, "Service will be terminated on accounts that are 15 days past due.". Which is not even close to 15 days!

    Only had a warning to the SDX without email/ticket subject.

    Although JaguarPC suspended both accounts!

    Well I will pay the fee, but JaguarPC lost a client.

    You missed the first part of the TOS that states service will be disrupted if payment is not made with 5 days of the due date. Here's the full text:

    Accounts not paid by due date are subject to a late fee of $7.50 (seven dollars and fifty cent USD) plus 10% (ten percent) interest of the past due amount. Service will be interrupted on accounts that are 5 days past due. Service interrupted for nonpayment will remain disconnected until the account balance or contract term is paid in full. Service will be terminated on accounts that are 15 days past due.
    If the account is five days past due, services will be suspended. If the account is then still not paid, it will be completely terminated (meaning removed from the server and canceled) within 15 days.

    If you've made payment, let us know in a ticket and the account will be unsuspended.

    Payment done.

    I will move to another host because it is the third similar situation.

    Account suspended without any kind of warning!

    The last 2 issues were account suspended because of CPU use of the mail server when receiving emails in a shared environment (** receiving ** not sending).

    What I find very disapointing is to have the server about 9 hours down, so that you reply, that you have to pay a late fee... Why dont you tell sooner ?

    We send notifications of all due invoices in advance, letting you know that you'll have an invoice due soon. We then also notify you multiple times if the invoice fails to process for whatever reason.

    I personally did send you a notification about the issue on May 30th. I apologize there was no subject. That was unintentional.

    Well.. still not ok..

    It seems someone is joking with the server...

    Boot at 5:08pm to 5:16pm (GMT) - without any warning...

    Offline since 5:19pm (GMT) - without any warning...

    Should I be warned if someones boots the server? It would be polite ...

    If you're having an issue with the server, please submit a support ticket. I've also moved this to the shared/sdx forum. (Although I'm not sure which of your servers is down.. the sdx or dedicated...)
