Fantastico charge?

Fantastico has always been installed and on my shared my account. I recently was moved to another server and when I noticed over the weekend that Fantastico was installed, I sent in a ticket this morning. Now I have a tech telling me that Fantastico is now an extra $2.00 a month to have it on your account? This may be the case for semi dedicated, but it was never the case for shared.
Is this something new? Did I miss something???

It's not listed as extra on SDX either. IIRC it's only extra on VPS.

Hmm..well according to the Gigadeal plan listed on the plans page, it's included free. I wish if they are going to make changes, they would at least say something!

Fantastico is free on shared and sdx plans for all. I'm sure the tech somehow thought you are on a vps. Also, we already have fantastico on all the shared/sdx. Please provide the ticket number so we could take a look.
