    How the heck do I get support from these people?

    24/7 is a joke! I'ts only 8pm PT and my post has been here for hours with no views (the 2 are mine). I go to the support page and the Ticket System link takes me to the Knowledge Base with no way out of it except back.

    I'm a brand new customer and not very happy at the moment!!

    I couldn't create a ticket! That's the problem! As I said, when I click "Tiket System" link it takes me to teh Knowledge base with no other options but to view the lame things in the KB that say to look at the help in the CP which doesn't answer any questions!

    Are you using the following URL to login to the ticketing system.

    https://secure.jaguarpc.com/clients/

    You can use your login credentials you received when you signed up for the account.

    I tried that and they didn't work. I am able to get into my CP but they didn't work in that field on the top left of that page, hence my frustration!

    The login for your control panel are different from your logins at the JPC dashboard i.e. Ticketing system. You can use the email account that you signed up with and the password you were provided in your welcome email for the client area login.
    If this does not work, you can PM me your welcome email you received and the issue you are facing so that I can assist you.

    You can also use the lost password feature in the client area URL to recover your password if you are getting a wrong password error.

    I did not receive your PM, however you can email sales@jaguarpc.com to have your client area login reset and elaborate any other details of your issue. Sales will be available today uptil 10 PM and also via phone. Support is available 24-7 but only through the ticketing system.

    JPC's system seems to have a bug where sometimes the client area password that is sent is actually the hash (encrypted password) instead of the actual password that you need to access the site. As was already mentioned, using the lost password feature will reset your password with a new random one which will allow you to log in.

    These forums are mainly for client-to-client support, not official support. As you've seen, the support staff does check the forums regularly, but you should never expect to have a post here seen by a support staffer in a timely manner.
