Masood indicated that basic Mysql Replication is being used, in another post, it is indicated that a Mysql Cluster is being used..

There are very differant, MySQL Replication is open in all Storage Engines, where as MySql Cluster is only NDB.

Which is being used? if it is MySQL Cluster, what if any problem should I look for going from InnoDB to NDB?

Hmmm, Then how are the databases being mirrored?

Or my better question, what limitations are there? i.e if I signed up right now, could I have any problems with my existing database

The entire file system is mirrored on the standby server. There is no limitations for an existing database.
